Strawberry, floral, wet-stone and sour-cherry flavours, conveyed with bright acidity and poise. The wine ages three months in French, fine-grained oak barrels that have been lightly toasted. Berries and brushwood; elegance, minerality and excellent persistence and structure on the palate.
